The sneaky gas pump
So I pull into the Valero near my house, where gas is $1.889 a gallon:
And then I see this sign on the pump:
“DISCOUNT FOR CASH PAYMENT,” eh? How much of a discount? I insert my credit card.
$1.959 a gallon. Sneaky.
